Guest Service Coordinator (Part-Time)

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Indiana is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented Guest Service Coordinator to help create a welcoming “home away from home” for families with hospitalized children.   In this role you will oversee House operations during your assigned shift, welcome and support guest families, assist volunteers, manage family check-ins and registrations, respond to guest needs, and help ensure the House remains safe, clean, and comfortable.

The ideal candidate naturally extends hospitality, remains calm under pressure, demonstrates sound judgment, and enjoys serving others. Flexibility, teamwork, and a heart for our mission are essential.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred) and at least three years of experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or a related field.  Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, are comfortable working independently, have good computer proficiency, and are able to perform light housekeeping tasks and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
